Being Reunited With IsisBy Harrison Youngblood. I am only 10 years old, and was 9 when this happened. It was in April 2005 when my family's cat, Isis, left. We were all sad. I phoned my friends and went through my neighborhood asking people. I called through sewers, since I knew and still know George, our friends' cat, who goes through one sewer gutter, and comes back another. I went to Reilly Glen, another neighborhood in Deer Valley, doing the same thing. I almost got in trouble for going so far. I went to piano class sad, making my mom call the vet and animal shelters. After piano class, my grandmother and I went through the neighborhood calling and asking people about Isis. Nothing happened. Later that night, watching a repeat of the pope's funeral, I heard something. I went outside, and there was Isis! I suppose God brought her back. I'm glad that she came back. Isis and my family still play, asking her to chase the "meese."The End That's a great story Harrison, and wonderful news that Isis came home.
