Dennis a Silly Cat.

I think that my cat Dennis may qualify as a silly cat, he is the silliest cat that I have known.

I like to drink tea and whenever little Dennis is around he will come running and pester me, I guess that he smells the tea. I always have a saucer with the cup and pour some tea in to it for Dennis. The tea is cool when I slide the saucer over for my silly cat.

He sticks his face in and drinks, he loves the stuff. The thing is he never finishes all the tea he always leaves a little in the saucer. Does he walk away from the tea that he does not want? No. He whacks the edge of the saucer that is nearest to him with his paw. This results in the same effect every time, he gets the tea right in the face.

So then he pads over to a corner and makes a great deal of washing his face, giving a look to say that a cat of his dignity should not be splashed with tea. Dennis has got to be a silly cat. He will do it the next time and every time that he has tea. He must think that is a requirement to whack the saucer when you drink tea, but does not like the tea on his face.

That's the only strange thing he does though, he actually is a very cool cat that likes to think that he runs things around here. Heck I love that cat.
