That is pets all over. I have had cats that, just for the devilment, loved to jump in the dogs basket at every opportunity.

Some dogs I've had would lay across the cat's bed to stop her getting access, and so it goes.

Maybe your dog has decided that your cat has the best spot, naturally, right by the window!

So even if it is a little cramped he is going to occupy it for a while. :0)
