Eddie the Magnificant

Eddie Juan Carlos which is his full name, came to us as a kitten whilst we were living in London, he was born in Shepards Bush. From the moment we bought him home it took him all in all 15mins to own the place and make it rightfully his domain, my husband and I were smitten from the word go.

We have since moved to Southern California and Eddie has come along, we couldn't possibly leave him behind, it would be like leaving our child behind.

Ed's has bought nothing but joy to our lives everyday, he is a very mild natured cat, a great explorer, loves the feel of grass under his feet and the smell of flowers, he loves to climb trees, but is always curled up at the end of our bed come sleep time.

He seems to have adjusted to life here in California, we let him out during the day, mostly supervised while we are at home, but he is very independent but shy of strangers so keeps to himself and doesn't approach anyone which is good, he comes in at dusk for dinner and playtime.

Anyway with the attached photo you can see what a handsome cat he is, lying on my clean washing hanging out to dry, did I moan or complain, not at all!

Magnificent Cat

He is certainly a well travelled cat and it must have been amazing for him to move with you. He looks lovely, almost as nice as my cat (sorry but mine is the best of all)

Quite a journey
by: Larry (editor)

Hi Emma,

Oh yes, Eddie is a handsome chap, awesome and magnificent fit him as well :0)

From Shepard's Bush to Southern California is quite a journey and, I would think, quite a change of environment even for a handsome tabby like Eddie. I'm glad that he has adjusted well.

Yep, put a pile of washing anywhere near a cat and before you know it the cat will be on the washing. :0)

No, there is no way that you could leave handsome Eddie back in the 'Bush', he is indeed Awesome.

Thank you very much for sharing him with us.
