Max Hanging

Max Hanging

My cat Max likes to do chin ups on his cat tree. I've not yet captured a video of him doing this, but I did get a cute picture of him right after he finished.

This was after one of his chin up exercises - I think he was taking a break here :)

When he does his chin ups, he grabs a shelf with his front paws, and pushes up from the bottom of the shelf with his back paws. He will repeat this several times, kind of like he's doing his chin up exercises! He is such a character!

No Chin Ups.
by: Beth

Lol, My cat won't be doing any chin ups the lazy old thing. He just likes to flop about the place. But then so do I so I am a bad example to him I guess.

Likes to keep in trim.
by: Larry (Editor)

Hi Julie,

So Max likes to keep in trim, good for him, he looks a fit boy!

Most cats just like to climb to their favorite shelf on the tree and sit and watch the world go by from the window. But not max, he has found an extra benefit from having a cat tree. :0)

That's a great funny cat picture, thanks for sharing it with us.
