Huge black male cat has adopted me!

Well this huge black male cat appeared at my front door on dark night. He has adopted me. He will not leave.. He only comes in to eat and he likes to sleep at my feet.. I am allergic to cats, so I try to not pet him that much. But somehow he just wants to be around me... What does that mean?

How funny! This happened to me 1 yr ago, a black female cat came to my door and never left since then, I'm allergic but she is now my little baby!
I never though in a million year that I was going to have a cat!
My allergies are ok .... it goes up and down!
But I'm really happy to have her in my life!
She is adorable!

I probably means you're going to have to get used to it and deal with the allergy :) 'cus he's stayin...

He needs you by the looks of it and feels comfortable. He may come from home where he is not comfortable enough.

I’d say that he wants to be around you because he likes you :-) A black cat appearing on a dark night! Could have been spooky, but it seems like you have yourself a great companion.

Naturally you have done all you can to find if he had an owner. Have you taken him to a vet for a check up? And if he hasn’t already been fixed you must get him fixed.
