My black cat projected his soul into the room!

I slept past normal pussy cat dinner time one afternoon, and was awoken when I saw and felt the black cat jump onto the bed, run across my legs and down the other side.

I thought the door must have been left open, indeed it was locked, the creature had projected his soul into the room to remind me to get up and feed him.
