My Gorgeous Tabby Cat

Sitting on the fence!

Sitting on the fence!

Sitting on the fence! Look at that stern face! Isn't he adorable? My lovely cat, posing for last year's Christmas card

I just had to upload a few photos of my tabby cat, isn’t he just adorable sitting on the fence as if is missing his hind legs? He often sits like that, can’t really understand that it can be comfortable, but he obviously finds it comfy enough :-)

I wrote a story here at Best-Cat-Art a couple of days ago about when my cat went missing, there are more pictures of him there, and you can read the story here: My Cat Went Missing

I also regularly write about my cat and our life together on my blog, for more stories and pictures, please have a look here: http://graphicality-uk.blogspot.com

My cat is 10 years old, we have a great bond and spend most of the time, day and night together.

He is lying next to me right now, with one paw on the laptop, as he usually do, as if to at least make some connection to that big thing I keep placing in my lap many times during the day so he can’t lie there! I wonder sometimes if he is a tiny bit jealous of my laptop…..like for example when he walks over to me and just places himself right onto my lap, on top of the keyboard on the laptop, regardless of my protests…..Guaranteed to get me removing the laptop and give him a cuddle of course, I am sure he has realised that :-)

Well, there is no competition; my cat wins every time :-)

Stern Faced Cat
by: Jobaputra

Your photos of your fine tabby, both here and on your other post, are splendid. I like the one you say is stern face. He is looking serious but I can tell his is a loving cat, very nice.

They Like Attention . . .
by: Larry (editor)

Hi Helene,

Thank you once again for even more photos of your gorgeous tabby, he sure is photogenic :0)

Your comment that he looks like he is missing his hind legs in the photo of him sitting on the fence made me chuckle. You see my last cat did have a rear leg missing, he was a tabby too, and he liked to walk along fences. Of course it took some time for him to do it, but he never gave up and he never fell off. Basil.

So he is another one that likes to block usage of the computer is he. If you have a cat and a computer the cat will put himself between you and it!

I don't know if it is jealousy but cats certainly like attention and if you are giving your attention to your computer and not your cat . . . oh, dear :0)

And yes, I bet he does win all the time.
