Now there are now Two Black Cats, First there was only One,

There are two black cats that sleep snuggly in my front garden day in day out. I take out the rubbish, they do not flinch, become unrested or get up from their curled up positions.

They both simply just put their heads up & watch me walk by... Why I wonder do they choose to bed near my front door I wonder?

I don't know, who can tell with cats? :-) But obviously they trust you, have you thought of adopting them?
