I happen to catch my cat Callie standing up peeping out the window..she does such funny things..she is such a pleasure!

At the window.

Like your picture. My cat is always at the window, more often than not he is standing like your cat,on his hind legs with his front paws on the pane, (which gives me work to keep the windows clean.) Anyone passes by and his head turns to follow their movement. He does like to know who is coming and who is going. I sometimes think the local paper should come to him for reports.
