Seen two black cats when i was having a really bad day.

I was having a really bad day like i have been having the worst bad luck of my life.I have been so depressed and sick of life it's like there is a black cloud over my head.

I cant even mention the bad things that have happened to me over the past two years. And i was having another bad day i was walking down the road when i seen to black cat's crossing over the path's not my paths i just hope to God it's good luck not more bad luck i could not deal with more bad luck. Thanks for listening.

Hi,

I have also found life depressing over the last two years. However, with a job prospect around the corner, I feel more hopeful about things in myself. I saw two separate black cats cross the road, two separate instances/locations, but 10hrs apart. It is my birthday soon and really want the best for my future. Not usually a superstitious person, but am most likely starting a new job next week - need all the confidence and motivation I can have.

THANK you everyone for reading my story.Things have got a bit better than before.This is just a little message to say Thank you to everyone that read it and were good enough to write back and trying to make me feel better it did help me and made me think i cant be that bad look at the people in Haiti and other countries who bearly have any food it makes me think i should be lucky for what i have and who i have Thank you everyone who wrote in it all means alot. Hi there, just to let you know, i too have been having bad luck for a couple of years now and yesterday was having a really bad day, only to see 2 black cats cross my path. I actually smiled to my self, remembering the old saying that if they cross from left to right then it is good luck, so it perked me up no end, to think that maybe i am not having such a bad day after all! Hope this has helped a little bit. its made me feel a bit more optimistic, so fingers crossed!

Hi Susan,

I am sorry to read of your troubles. When things do not go well it is natural that we feel a bit down. Unfortunately this often means that, because we are depressed, other parts of life do not go so well either.

If we can put the bad things behind us, easy to say, not so easy to do, it can help to make life better.

Black cats do not bring bad luck, they are cats just like any others. So don't worry about the black cats, tell yourself seeing them means good fortune for you.
