She came to me

My Binnie
My first cat was called Missie. She was like a daughter to me. I was living in London (Notting Hill Gate) at the time. Missie's mother lived with a neighbour who used to keep her pregnant (don't know why).
Because she was pregnant she was hungry and she came to me for food. She adored semi-raw kidney, which I used to part micro-wave with her on top of the micro-wave (she loved that bit).
When she gave birth for the umpteenth time she gave birth to Missie and Freddie. We (my ex and I) adopted Missie and Freddie (I called him Boo Boo).
They had a bit of Norwegian Forest Cat in them (fabulous jumpers, particularly Missie - straight up 6 feet).
When I moved out of London (I am now back) on my separation from my then wife Missie was killed on the road (I think). I found her and she is now with me still in a casket. I still cry for her.
Just before Missie's death a stray cat had peered at me from under a car outside my house. She was frightened, nervous and abandoned. I fed her and she stayed. Missie and Boo Boo were great with her.
I called her Judders as her tail juddered when she saw me (excitement at finding a home). I call her Binnie as well as we have fought the past 14 years over her diet or lack of it.
Binnie is still with me, old and beautiful lady, impeccably behaved.
One month ago Timmy arrived. He likes the food and the company. He may stay. As usual, he chose me.
